We offer mirror quality (includes top and duty free) as well as high quality (budget friendly).

Mirror Quality

Because top and duty free are being used interchangeably by factories now, we have consolidated both to just "Mirror quality".  Mirror quality bags generally have the best alignment, size accuracy (usually within 1 inch variance), longest lasting hardware plating, best leather, and best attention to detail. However, they are still replicas and will never be exactly like the authentic. If you want everything to be perfect to the T, pay the $$ to buy the authentic one.

Additional notes: We have found that the newest seasonal bags often have the most imperfections. If you want a solid mirror quality bag, please look for bags that have been around for several years. These older style bags usually will have been updated several times and will be the closest to the authentic. 

High Quality

"High quality" will refer to mid quality and our budget friendly collection. These are usually made using a lower quality leather or are faux leather, so they won't break the bank, but they'll still look great! They oftentimes don't have serial numbers/date codes, have the wrong serial numbers/date codes, or have the serial numbers/date codes in the wrong place. Additionally, things like color, alignment, glazing, and hardware are oftentimes slightly off.

Almost all hardware parts are plated, but this doesn't mean that the hardware is going to be poor quality or will tarnish. Most hardware will fade in time, just like authentic bags. Most luxury bags these days actually use plated hardware and will usually start to fade after half a year of daily use. This is generally how long it takes for replicas to fade as well. Sometimes, they may fade faster or slower, depending on how often you use/touch the hardware. The replica hardware is sometimes plated in real gold and sometimes are plated in a different material (silver, brass, rhodium, etc). They should not leave a green residue on your skin as they are usually treated in an anti-tarnish coat at the factory, but once that coat wears off, some metals may naturally oxidize due to exposure to the elements. This can generally be cleaned up pretty easily and will not harm the other parts of your bag. If you are worried, you can always re-treat the hardware with anti-tarnish products. 

Most small items like key pouches and wallets do come with the brand box, but larger items like shoulder bags and tote bags do not. For jewelry, most items do not come with boxes, but a few top quality ones do. Some items may have the option to purchase a brand box for an additional cost if we have the correct size/brand available.

All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on the size and weight. All items are shipped in boxes or are heavily protected in bubble mailers depending on the size and weight. Once we drop off your package at the post office, it becomes YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to track it and follow up with the postal carrier if issues arise. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and we will not provide any refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If you require shipping insurance, please send us DM before ordering.

Most orders will ship the next business day, however, life happens sometimes and there may be an additional 1-2 day delay. Your tracking number will be sent either to your email or via Instagram after your package has been dropped off or picked up. We only ship Monday - Friday.

All items are inspected before shipping so there shouldn't be any defects, however if we missed one, please reach out to us and we'll help you resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Defects and issues visible in photos will not be considered missed defects. Although we do not offer any guarantees or warranties on our products, you can reach out to us for advice if you have issues down the line. However, please remember that we will not refund, exchange, replace, or fix your items after they are in your care.
